Senf is a online platform and app designed and developed by Tassilo Morino for public participation and generation of citizen insight. It allows anyone to share, upvote and discuss ideas on an interactive map.
Originally designed with collaboration with the city of Cologne in mind, the collaboration did not manifest, creating a need for a strong marketing campaign to promote the platform.
Since one important Aspect of the campaign was to strengthen social media following, AR Filters where developed that allowed Instagram and Facebook Users to envision the city around them and share their shots with friends and followers. Every photo taken with the filter linked back to the Senf profile, inviting users to check out the Senf app.
